MEET ERIN

Erin is a career and workplace expert with an extensive background in corporate recruiting, training & on-boarding, and talent development. Her experience includes work in the corporate sector for a variety of Fortune 500 companies including Capital One, Northwestern Mutual and Raymond James, as well as experience working in the higher education industry, where she served as a Career Consultant for The University of Maryland's Smith School of Business MBA program.

She has a developed expertise in the design and implementation of both university and experienced hire sourcing and recruiting strategies, intern program development and new hire on-boarding and training.  Additionally, Erin has focused specializations in job search strategy planning, career programming facilitation, personalized assessment evaluation and career advising.  

Erin is a graduate of Florida State University, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication with a minor in Business.  She is an active member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Commerce Education Connection Committee and serves as a Session Member of First Presbyterian Church. A Tampa native, Erin currently resides back in her hometown with her husband, Dan, and their yellow lab, Lucy.
